What we collect

Account info (email, name, sign-in source). Medical documents, notes, audio you upload. AI chat history (encrypted). Operational data (page views, errors) for keeping the service working. Never sold, never shared with advertisers.

What we do with it

Run the service. Improve the service in aggregate (e.g., which features get used). That's it.

Who can see your stuff inside your circle

You and the family members you invite. Each role has clear permissions. Your AI chats and your private journal are private to you, even inside a shared circle.

Who outside KeptWell sees your stuff

OpenAI or Anthropic processes uploaded documents and AI chat, depending on the active configuration. Anthropic also handles supporting AI tasks. Both may retain API content for up to 30 days under standard safety controls, and neither uses our API inputs or outputs for model training by default. AssemblyAI transcribes audio recordings. Cloudflare stores your files and proxies our requests to the AI providers. The Security page lists every provider.

Export

You can download a ZIP of everything in your circle at any time. From the circle settings page, one button.

Delete

You can delete any document, note, message, or your entire account. Account deletion removes your data from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Correct

Edit anything, anytime, from the app. We don't lock historical records.
